Leah is still enjoying her weekly gym class. This week, at the beginning of class, the teacher brought out the Air Trak for the second time since we've been going there. I don't quite know how to describe this thing, but they inflate this huge, puffy tumbling surface for the kids to jump around on. The first time, Leah didn't really want to have anything to do with it and stayed close to me, but this time, she was wandering all over it by herself and really enjoyed herself. She even stayed on it while it was being deflated. Later, she also did a few somersaults for the first time. Even though the class is a little too early in the morning for her and she ends up being dragged there while she's still dazed and confused, she always has a lot of fun once she's there.
Right after gym class, we headed over to Christie and Sophia's house for another playdate. Leah loves stealing whatever Sophia is holding, and Sophia loves pulling Leah's hair. So I guess they're even! Unfortunately, this will be one of their last playdates since they are moving out-of-state very soon. We're really going to miss them. Anyway, Sophia turns 1 year old this week and we're really looking forward to going to her birthday party next weekend.
